How to prevent unset $PERL5LIB? #2333

Is it possible to prevent git on windows to unset PERL5LIB environment variable on start?
I am using perl in git hooks and need access to the custom modules.

This is not a bug.

Having said that, look at https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/blob/v2.23.0.windows.1/Documentation/config/core.txt#L567-L571.
