all CI failed due to authentication issues to google cloud. It seems very unrelated to this PR. Would you prefer to merge it or wait for a fix from another one ? |

Let’s wait until the CI is fixed. The merge process takes a few extra steps to work with copybara anyway; we need to wait till the CI works on GH, too. |
