Model displays tiny when quantized even with bounds=tight

Description

Found a model where the bounds calculation seems to fail when quantization is used.

Potentially related:

• Bounding box for quantized models computed incorrectly? #2450
• -Resting Bounds for skinned meshes are calculated without taking initial bind pose into account #3189 (comment)
