A few little things and some sizeable changes: Added memory partition indexing, some configuration file updates, fixed the texture cache so apps that use tex memory will no longer crash.

This is now 3 years old - I think the fix would still be nice if we can get it to pass regressions. I am closing this, for now, @andpic if you want to revive it, let me know. |

Thanks for closing the pull request, I've never had the time to get this done properly. Sorry for leaving this unresolved, I hope I'll be able to contribute at some point. Keep up the great work! |

Add a couple of OpenCL functions that are needed to use the OpenCL C++ API. Mainly, clRetain* functions.
