"Skip TLS Verify" not working

What happened:
I'm not able to configure data-source pointing to unknown certificate. "Skip TLS Verify" is set to true. I also tried to provide CA and it's not working. Certificate is correct for end users but our Grafana is running on k8s without CA imported.

What you expected to happen:
Working data-source with "Skip TLS Verify" set to true.

Error:

Post "https://MY_LOGSCALE_URL/graphql": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority

Environment:

• Grafana version: 9.5.2 (Enterprise)
• Plugin version: 1.0.0
• OS Grafana is installed on: Kubernetes
• User OS & Browser: Windows/Chrome
