Create colors for recycling based on recycling tag #842

these colors are the color codes in Germany. So i am not sure if the colors are globally understood. iirc the recycling tag is not available, so we have to wait for a database rebuild. |
Internationally this will be different so I am not sure we can do this sensibly anyway even if we wanted to by added it in 3.x |
IMHO almost certainly it is too much of clutter, I would close it without rejecting potential future request. |
fwiw, here at the curbside, it's green for organics, blue for plastic/paper/metal, and black for waste. Wikipedia shows

Mapnik could render the recycling bins in 3 different colors:
based on the recycling tag.
