There appears to have been some changes to the way heights are calculated that I can't track down. Even going back to known good installations still gives this changes, so I suspect it's something in the way LuaTeX or some package we depend on operates.
Because the default value for this distance was not exactly what the calculations would have predicted, tests with extreme low notes have some minor changes (though you'd have been hard pressed to notice them by eye).

Despite the branch name being matched to gregorio-project/gregorio#1526, these test changes are not due to that change and the same tests should pass/fail both before and after that PR is applied.
