Tokodon getting 409 Conflict responses from api/v1/markers

Hi. I'm not sure if this is a tokodon issue or a mastodon/hachyderm issue, please excuse me if I have erred by posting here. My handle is @haqistan and I'm trying to use tokodon. I consisently get 409 Conflict responses from api/v1/markers.
I've found a couple PRs for mastodon than mention this, but they don't seem relevant.
As far as I know it's only tokodon that has this issue and I do not see any tokodon-specific PRs or discussions about this.
Thanks for doing such a great job on hachyderm. Hope this PR helps.
