Issue with expertize level for ligand parameters and topology

Describe the bug
Non-experts users cannot use/add the ligand topology and parameters in the web app, and therefore not able to run the protein-ligand examples.

Expected behavior
Users should be able to run the protein-ligand examples in the webapp.

Solution

• Modify the expertise level
• Generate them on the fly, and do not ask for them.

Use BioBB on the fly
