Hain: v0.4.1

I have Github Desktop installed which is a Microsoft ClickOnce application. The shortcut(?) to Github Desktop is in the form of a appref-ms file.

The Github Desktop app is not, by default, startable via Hain search.

Could support be added to Hain to support this filetype? I'd also be interested in what portion of code should be edited to support this feature.
