将 build_firmware_modify 改名为 build_firmware （建议修改文件而不是复制文件，以便保留git历史；类似地，如果能把 andy 的 rt-n56u 设为upstream更好了），并支持 BOARD_NAME shell 变量传入；
版本号使用日期和时间，原来“使用git提交作为版本号”对用户的可读性不友好；
新建flash_firmware脚本；
更新 Readme，不需要sudo构建。

个人习惯，按需参考，不喜欢就reject掉这个pr。
