In March 2020, AWS announced support for a HDD storage option. Can the aws_fsx_windows_file_system be updated to support this?
This feature is already available through CloudFormation which could be used as influence.

Potential Terraform Configuration

Addition of a storage_type parameter with options of hdd or ssd

  storage_type        = "hdd"
  storage_capacity    = 300

Requires AWS Go SDK v1.29.33 / #12414 or later before implementation.
