[Bug]: AppConfig Configuration Profile Names Allow 64 Characters. Should be 128.

Expected Behavior

I should be able to add a configuration profile with a name longer than 64 characters and less than or equal to 128 characters.

Actual Behavior

I receive an error regarding the length of my name being too long.
