Right now I release snapshots almost randomly and sometimes I forget to bump version.

It would be good if snapshots were released automatically after each PR merged.

We can establish some better conventions for proper releases.

For perun.io it would be nice to have automatic site deployment after PR got merged.

Master should be released automatically every time.
