So far Splits feel quite immature in Helix. Long term, i don't think i have a big preference on how it works but in the short term it feels like not having the ability to lean into mature windowing tools like Tmux means that Helix is quite limited when it comes to splitting, selecting windows/splits, etc.
Is there a vision beyond the complex Client<->Server changes that would allow Helix to work with other window managers?

So this might cross into Client<->Server architecture discussion, but i wanted to specifically discuss splits/windows in Helix.
