Configurable number of threads #121

It would be useful to be able to configure number of threads that get used for indexing...

to tweak performance on fast/slow machines
to debug issues that may be related to multithreading

Currently there seem to be two thread pools, with hardcoded number of threads:

constexpr int NumWriters = 4;
constexpr int NumFileProcessors = 8;
