KNX Interface constantly changes state to “Unavailable”

The problem

I started pinging the KNX gateway and the server with Home assistant in zabbix once a second to check and there are no problems there, but in the event log I constantly see every few hours the state is “Unavailable”.
all knx devices also have the same status “Unavailable” at the same time as KNX Interface.
What can be the problem ?

I use Zenio KIPI ZSYKIPI hub which works via Tunneling UDP.
I set 0 in communication settings to limit speed and telegram history limit.
what else can i check or change ?
