可否将swoole的on函数接口放出 #18

现在的HproseSwoole等Server都不能直接设置各种回调函数，比如onStart，onWorkerStart，onTask等，这样限制了不少功能，能否在下一版本的Hprose中放出来，或者我这边做好提一个PR？
