Block Interactions between Dimension Stacks (1.21.1)

Hello,

iam using Bedrock to separate stacked dimensions. Why? Because a specific mod uses bedrock to replace it with a MOD Block. So i just made Bedrock "mineable" by replacing it after Left-Click Interactions.

But it does not work in survival mode. my block-replacement does not act when im standing in overworld and try to mine bedrock from nether top. also activated thourgh dimensional actions.

Config: "enableCrossPortalInteraction": true, , does not help.

any suggestion? :)
