[FEATURE] Integration for put the condition out of the the token image

Sometime to many active effect or condtions on the token "hide" the token image, or is just a little ugly.

Describe the solution you'd like

A good solution is the integration of this module feature Status Icon tweaks.
The two modules have some very similar functionality, and i want to avoid to use both for avoid collisions

Status Icon tweaks , but i will prefer to avoid to install this.
