Describe the bug
If the first line in the Vlist starts with a comment, all elements are not renders in Vue.

To Reproduce
Here's the sample code

<VList v-slot="item" :data="someData">
    <!-- start with comment -->
    <some-component
    :key="item.Id"
    />
</VList>

As in the code above, if the start in the Vlist is a comment, it does not render even if it is not a component.

Expected behavior
Regardless of whether it started with a comment or not, it was expected that elements would be renders.
