On jetson when processing the attached jpeg image the output images are produced with artifacts.

Reproduce:
docker compose -f docker-compose.l4t.yml up module image-json-sink
Wait the message "Pipeline starting ended after" in logs

docker compose -f docker-compose.l4t.yml up image-json-source

Nvidia has confirmed the problems. We are waiting for some kind of solution from them.
