Split Building.md/Running.md into several files:

GettingStarted.md should focus on how to use a standalone-built emulator on existing systems (without modifying firmware).
FirmwareIntegration.md should focus on how to build the emulator as part of firmware
BuildingFaq.md should cover the rest (build options etc)
