$ionicPopup problem buttons in beta12

$ionicPopup works great in beat 11 but not in beta12, default buttons (alert,confirm etc.) inside of the popup are not centered and don't use 100% of the Popup width in Android 4.1 to 4.3

You can test it with the public codepen with the default android browser:
