Currently sciform best support base 10 formatting. There is some support for formatting binary values, but binary value/uncertainty formatting is not supported (an exception is raised if users try formatting value/uncertainty pairs in binary modes). It may be possible to support formatting for arbitrary integer bases, though it would have to be discussed exactly what that would look like. I personally have no interest in non-base 10 formatting, so I likely won't work on support for such feature unless there is interest.
