This tool can split one fasta files into multiple fasta files in three ways by specifying different arguments:
1) split_seq_num: Each splited fasta file has a specific number of sequences.
2) split_seq_len: Each splited fasta file has a specific total length of sequences.
3) split_file_num: Split into a specifc number of fasta files.
