In version 6.0.0 of oauth_proxy, the binary was renamed

Binaries renamed from oauth2_proxy to oauth2-proxy

see oauth2-proxy/oauth2-proxy#464

I started to work on the issue in roock@6be63f2, but in order to gain some backwards compatiblity, we might need to introduce a version variable to determine which version of oauth_proxy is used.
