晚上入睡困难，求大家推荐一点语音类的播客节目助眠啊

晚上经常一个小时都无法入睡，必须听一点声音才能入睡，但是当听的有困意的时候，声音一停就没有困意了，当然外部噪音不行；
有锻炼，一周六练，每天一个半小时，练完十点左右，感觉越练越睡不着。

试过自然类的助眠声音，效果不好或者说基本没有吧；
访谈类的、BGM 变动比较大的不合适，经常有人突然大笑或者 BGM 节奏突变，都会立马清醒；
最好是历史、人文类的节目最合适了，轻松娱乐点的。

macOS 中有 Oh My Zsh 的上位替代么？

新购入了一台 Mac ，准备不迁移环境而是从头配置一下环境，现在准备安装 shell 插件了。

之前一直用着 Oh My Zsh ，确实很好用，但是感觉初始化时间越来越长，一个新的 session 要 1 ～ 2 秒才初始化完成，可能是插件有点多了，而且看有人说 Oh My Zsh 的性能差点意思。

问下各位现在有 Oh My Zsh 的上位替代么？可以从使用体验、易用度、生态、性能之类的方面讲讲。

如果想让 A 股涨到 14600 点，每个票的业绩和估值都得大涨才行，我们就假设从今年三季度开始，A 股的整体业绩每年涨 10%，那 2026 年也就涨个 21%左右，股价如果跟着同步涨，大约就撑死就涨到 4100-4200 点。

既然业绩不够，那就估值来凑。估值拉升行情一般比业绩要涨的快、猛，可是要涨到 14600 点还是有不小的压力，就拿现在的市盈率看：14.8 倍，而 14600 点对应的估值是多少？ 50 倍左右。50 倍的估值只在 2007 年是出现过，即便 2015 年的大牛也才 21 倍。

体验了 Qwen2.5 Coder 32B 之后，我觉得本地 LLM 能用了

一年前我尝试了绝大多数热门的，开放权重下载的 LLM 。当时得出的结论是：能本地跑的模型都没有实用价值，写代码的能力都非常糟糕。

最近发布的 Qwen2.5 Coder 32B 效果还真不错，感觉上比早期 GPT4 还强。只要能自己拆解需求，写出大体实现思路，它就可以给出基本上可用的代码。估计有 GPT4o 的水平。

它比我之前认为最好的 DeepSeek v2.5 236B 还好。DeepSeek 的问题在于上下文窗口太小，而且自己还会加超级多的解释和注释，甚至把输入复述一遍，浪费上下文长度。然后输出越长性能越差，甚至会崩溃成循环输出一个单词，所以，实际用起来不好用。

以我用 GPT 的经验，达到初版 GPT4 以上的水平就能提升开发效率。我认为，如今本地 LLM 真的有实用价值了。
