Header line prefix in XML can break the XML parsing

The "headerLinePrefix": "-- ", setting in the script causes the XML parser to fail (can be a mistake on the XML parser side, I don't know). After removing the prefix manually, everything works fine.

Very good Point! had the same issue, and this led to the complete pycharm project being corrupted.

changing the entry under XML to "headerLinePrefix": "", worked fine
