unicode author name breaks alignment #961

my username on github is the look of disapproval

ಠ_ಠ

and in the main view of tig, the length of my name seems to be calculcated wrong. therefore the branch graph is not aligned properly.

my terminal is st, font ist hack
same with terminator and hack.

even with the default monospace font the issue is still present.

$ tig --version
tig version 2.4.1
ncursesw version 6.1.20190713
readline version 8.0
