ICO111: InvalidFrameHeader_wPlanes

An individual frame in the ICO file format has a header field named ICONDIRECTORY::wPlanes. For standalone bitmap files, wPlanes signifies how many layers are in the bitmap. But the ICO file format only supports bitmaps with a single layer. So this field must contain the value 1 when contained in an ICO file.

If you're seeing this error, the icon was probably generated by a tool that wasn't too picky about what kind of bitmap went into the ICO frame. If you happen to know exactly which tool generated this icon, please file an issue here on GitHub with that info, so we can improve the documentation and tooling.
