dockerfile 支持 heredoc 语法

2021 年 7 月 docker 就开始支持 heredoc 语法。不必用 RUN apt-get update && apt-get install 这样的写法，可以这么写：

RUN <<EOF
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade -y
apt-get install -y ...
EOF
