Our Google Transit feed is down. When I run our file in the Feed Validator I
receive an error. I have attached the transitfeedcrash file.

It looks like the feed validation tool crashed while attempting to check if a
new version of the tool is available. It does this by checking the following
URL:
http://googletransitdatafeed.googlecode.com/svn/tags/
You might check to see if that URL is visible from the computer where you are
running the tool. Perhaps the networking rules on your machine prevent you
from accessing it?
If you are still having issues, you might try adding the following command-line
option when running the tool:
--latest_version=1.2.12
This should disable the internet-based version check.
