Adds a new kas_core::config::Config struct. Places event, theme and font config under this.

Bonus:

Fix to MultiTheme
Pressing F8 ("debug" action to log) now shows a filtered subset of the window's widget tree from the root instead of starting from the widget under the mouse.
Built-in colour schemes are parsed at compile-time

event::Config is now a field of the above Config

Also rename theme::Config -> ThemeConfig

It is valid to pass data via other means. This fixes updates to EventConfig's Spinner fields on edit.

Also make ThemeConfig's setters return an Action
