Note that some of the qemu_options+= options may need to be adjusted to match what we use in the following CC packaging files (which I assume we'll be bringing across on #1?:

Reverts #269 The added kernel patch doesn't apply and is causing all CI to fail. FYI, the current guest kernel version is 4.14.67.
