Summary

implement ALoraLinearVariant under lora variants
forward of LoraVariant now accepts **kwargs
integrate new variant via lightweight aLoraLayer
propagate variant kwargs in LoraLayer
update config typing

Testing

make style (fails: doc-builder not found)
make test (fails: pytest configuration error)
