Problem
This is a placeholder feature and observability subgroup should drive detailed requirement and scope it down to 0.9, 0.9+
Minimal expectations from 0.9: End user should be able to trace an event all the way through the eventing pipeline from source to sink - Importer, Broker, Trigger.
Persona:
Which persona is this feature for?
Event consumer, Event producer, and System integrator.
Exit Criteria
A measurable (binary) test that would indicate that the problem has been resolved.
Time Estimate (optional):
<subgroup to define this and scope it down to 0.9 and 0.9+>
Additional context (optional)
Please work with @lindydonna and @rgregg to validate the end user expectations from tracing.
