Description
Overhauling the run log to support displaying log for nested chains. This PR adds updated backend for capturing log tree and updated frontend for displaying it.
Intended to support LangGraph integration which will be much easier to debug with a view into the state machine executions and into nested chains. #452

Nested chains will display unknown nodes. This PR does not address the chained loading.
