Important things:

changed the quip package name to quip_sharp
added kernels folder which includes quant_cuda and quiptools_cuda kernels
Currently using my fork of the quip-sharp repository which i have also packaged.
removed the quip-sharp

To install from the git source, you just have to run:

pip install git+https://github.com/osbm/llmtools

This installs installation dependencies, package dependencies, and kernel extensions at once.
