RubyGems ChangeLog Urls Reporter

A GitHub Action that report changelog urls of updated rubygems.

Usage:

The action works only with pull_request event.

Inputs

• githubToken - The GITHUB_TOKEN secret.
• rubygemsToken - A API token of rubygems.org. Required scope is Index rubygems
