Zefix

ERPNextSwiss contains a Zefix interface. This can be used to check and retrieve UID numbers, but also to complete company addresses.

Configuration

Go to ERPNextSwiss Settings and fill in the Zefix section.

The Zefix interface is account protected to prevent misuse of content. You will need to register to get an account (username, password) to be filled in.

Once Zefix is enabled, it can be used.

Use

Customer and supplier

Once a customer name or supplier name is entered and the tax ID field is empty, the system automatically checks for the tax registration and fills it in. At the same time, it will correct the name in case it should not be correct.

Address

If you add an address to a customer or supplier with a valid tax ID/UID, this can be used to auto-complete the address form. Simply click "From Zefix" and the data will be introduced.
