Bug description

As the title describes, certain elements cannot be dragged in Firefox when running a Cinnamon Wayland session. This issue is completely absent in X11 sessions.

The problem occurs in both the Flatpak and system package versions of the latest available version of Firefox(132.0.1 (64-bit)).

A video demonstrating the issue can be viewed here: https://streamable.com/y6ybpi

Steps to reproduce

-open firefox in a cinnamon wayland session
-go to "customize toolbar"
-try to drag a new element into the toolbar

Expected behavior

-the element should usually be draggable into the toolbar

Additional information

-issue is independant of browser settings
-issue also occurs with the default lm cinnamon settings
