convert text box to dropdown list

in this list, the dropdown shows names+badge #s'

if the text that is in the form isn't EXACTLY what's in the list, the submit button is disabled. this is confusing and causes people to think there's an issue.

we should maybe convert this box to a dropdown box so that you can ONLY select the correct item

i.e. if you just type 'dominic cerquetti' it doesn't work. you HAVE to type 'dominic cerquetti (Badge #152)'

You should be able to hit tab or enter to auto-complete the currently selected option. If that's not working, then we should definitely fix it.
