Imo this library should be inside ShootMania catalog, due it's prepared mostly for SM interfaces (gauges, crosshair and other stuff there).

Would be even better to have this lib converted to common between SM and TM, where TM one would be included in ModeBase by default and extend UI library functions (ability to set own position of the UI elements overriding server forced positions, like in Elite).

Also a great function would be a function to set position of the library menu, due some interfaces override it.
