Renamed occurrences of “MapboxDirections.swift” to “Mapbox Directions for Swift”, “mapbox-directions-swift”, or “MapboxDirections”, depending on the context.

Working towards #399. Hold until we’re about ready to publish the “MapboxDirections” pod (which can be a prerelease).
