Add 'thyra-installer' artifacts in the release process

Describe the bug
When publishing a release, the artifacts created here: https://github.com/massalabs/thyra/actions/runs/3968803265 aren't visible on the release.
But it should so that user can get them and run them by simply clicking on it.

Expected behavior
All artifacts created should be added to the release process. And tested.
