What MDC Web Version are you using?

0.39.0

What browser(s) is this bug affecting?

Chrome

What OS are you using?

macOS

What are the steps to reproduce the bug?

Go to the catalog page for text fields and enter enough text into the textarea.

What is the expected behavior?

The label should cover all of the text/highlighting.

What is the actual behavior?

When scrolling up and down you can see text/highlighting on the far right side of the label.

Any other information you believe would be useful?
