Describe the bug

To Reproduce
https://codesandbox.io/p/sandbox/dreamy-nobel-w7z92j I have now forcibly set the height of the panel content to 150% so that there is a scrollbar.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Grab a panel that you want to move to another group next to it
Drag it to the side of the current group as if you were about to "split" the group
Drag it further in a way that it goes over the scrollbar
Drop it in the other group

Expected behavior
The overlay for "splitting" is only visible while the dragged panel is in that position

Additional context
I could not reproduce it in chrome.
