I am trying to understand the difference between different flow capacity factor numbers. As far I understood, the usual FlowCapacityFactor is set to 1 (for the entire population). If it is more than that, we are increasing the number of cars that can leave a link at the same time? So, what is the difference among number 5/ 10 /100 /1000 ?
Same question is for storage capacity factor.
