Added vector search to the experimental page.

@katarinasupe The main vector search page (/querying/vector-search) is minimal on purpose. The real page is going to be written under #1005 but at the moment (before/at v2.22), none of these things (e.g. CREATE VECTOR query) are working. We'll add all these details under v3.0 release.

@gitbuda all cool, but please add at least one sentence at the beginning of the vector search page - what is vector search?
